This is a site I designed for the Armenian Bible Church. Located in Hackensack, NJ, they are a young and vibrant community committed to service and outreach. They needed a clean site that highlights their activities, announcements, and messages for the week. The design conveys a cool and calming vibe throughout.

If you've ever stayed in a hotel on the East Coast, then you've probably partaken in a beverage from the minibar. More than likely, it was a Bar-Maid. Not too long ago, Mr. George Steele of Bar-Maid Corp. reached out to me to help with their Hotel Exclusive email marketing campaign. It was directed at their major hotel contacts.

After seeing the poster for last year's Grizzly Bear concert at Governor's Island, I wasn't too pleased and decided something needed to be done. So, I decided to do one myself. In the style of the new school illustrated concert posters, I went with what else, but a big ol' cuddly blue bear. Using crisp vectors and clean type, I arrived at something simple in style and nature. I hope to be doing more of these in the future.

I collaborated with Print Solutions on this brochure for North Hudson I.V.F. This is the inside cover for the brochure. We wanted a suggestive feel throughout. The imagery we chose really brought out that quality.

This is a feature story for the April 2007 Health Issue. I tried to come up with something interesting and visually appealing. I think it worked well, especially for a magazine like HX. For legal purposes, there actually was a need for a litte Photoshop work to be done. Though, I'm sure their readership wouldn't have minded otherwise.
What I Did: Magazine Spread (Photoshop, InDesign)
I wanted to design a propaganda style poster for this concert. It's a style that has been done before, but I wanted to do something different, something brighter and more youthful. The photo I used is actually one of Otis Redding. He was one of the most revolutionary and highly influential singers, and Dragons of Zynth's music is very much influenced by him and older rhythm & blues and soul.

As part of a graduate project, I had to come up with a new logo and branding for General Motors, and I decided to go a completely different route than what was expected. I wanted to design something completely unapologetically American, with a nod to vintage auto logos and at the same time bring something modern and sleek. For this version I decided to go with the fictitious Sterling Motors, a name which fits the vintage American theme.

DorAid America is a non-profit, charitable, and out-reach organization. It is the American branch of Dorcas Aid International, headquartered in the Netherlands. This is a brochure for DorAid America's upcoming Spring fundraising campaign. This is another straight forward tri-fold brochure. Following Dorcas Aid's corporate branding and identity, I came up with something that is a little bolder and sleeker.

This is a storyboard and copy I came up with for a campaign pitch for MB USA. It was part of a graduate level project I was involved in. It's a simple six panel storyboard. I tried to capture a more representational and at the same time recondite feel. I think it brings together our tagline, "Discover The Class You've Always Had." Class being something one can bring about through self exploration as opposed to mere social or economic status.
What I Did: Storyboard for Commercial Spot (Pencil drawing, Photoshop)
T his is a logo and identity I did recently. It was for Joseph Ashkarian, a talented Michigan based jewelry designer. He wanted something classic, but with a modern twist. He wanted a brand name that would resonate with potential clients. I thought of Jove, which of course means Jupiter. The ancient Roman ruins of The Temple of Jupiter, adorned with lionheads are located outside his home town of Anjar, Lebanon.
